Before you start creating an account make sure that the MX record of your domain name is already pointing to the Cpanel. If you are having issue feel free to contact us anytime.
Also the user with access to the cpanel is the only one who can create email for the domain.
Steps on how to create a new email account: #
1. Login to your cpanel account. #
2. After you login scroll down or search for “Email Accounts” #
3. You can then add a new email account by clicking the “create button” once the page is loaded #
4. Put the necessary information that is needed for your new email. Make sure you select the correct domain #
Don’t forget to take note of your email password but you can just change the password in the future.
